Eldon E. Fallon (born 1939) is a United States federal judge.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Fallon received a B.A. from Tulane University in 1959, a J.D. from Louisiana State University Law School in 1962, and an LL.M. from Yale Law School in 1963. He was in private practice in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1962 to 1995. He was an Adjunct professor, Tulane Law School from 1975 to 1993.
Fallon is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Fallon was nominated by President Bill Clinton on February 3, 1995, to a seat vacated by Adrian Guy Duplantier. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on May 8, 1995, and received his commission on May 10, 1995.
